We scored an amazing deal on booking.com for this hotel! It was fantastic, nothing too fancy but cute and cozy. The room was very clean and nicely done, and you could see the beach and smell the sea salt from the window. The desk person was very friendly. And if you don't want to walk the 2 minutes to the beach, you can always go to their rooftop deck and watch the waves! The only downside was parking was not free and $20 dollars, and there's only a few spots to park. But it was worth it and would definitely go here again and recommend!
Stayed here this past weekend. This was our first time in this area so it's hard to know what our expectations should have been. The rooms are very small, it was hard to move around the room and use the washroom as a couple. I think if you were staying here as a single person it would be a lot better. The toilet ran periodically on its own all day and night, and the sink made a scary thumping sound whenever we ran the water. Some other reviews mentioned about how it was loud, but we did not hear anybody else really the entire time. We did not find it loud at all. :) It was a unique hotel experience and not the type of stay we would book again personally but the owner/manager manager at the front desk was very nice and welcoming and the location is very beautiful right on the beach.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Venice on the Beach Hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome right away. The location is unbeatable – right on the beach with a beautiful view. The room was cozy and equipped with a fridge, which was very convenient. A real highlight is the rooftop terrace, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunset. An ideal place to experience Venice Beach up close – highly recommended!
This is a quaint hotel with an excellent location. I stayed in the off season and so it was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The room is basic but clean and functional. There is a lovely lanai in the front with a fire table. I would definitely stay here again.
Fabulous location right on the beach in Venice. Walkable to restaurants and coffee. Not a long walk on the strand to other Venice Beach business, bars, etc. Very clean, VERY small room, but ours had a direct view of the beach and that was nice. Check in was great, staff courteous, knowledgeable of the area and friendly. Be sure to pay for a parking spot otherwise might be difficult to find one. Really loved the rooftop patio, great views of the Pacific Ocean.
Perfect location right on the beach. The price is very reasonable, especially considering how close you are to everything. This is my second stay here, and it definitely won’t be my last when I’m in the LA area. I really enjoy this place — everything is consistently great. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall environment is quiet and relaxing. No complaints at all. Highly recommend.
